Stretch Daily?

The constant argument I always hear is should you stretch before or after a workout? Does static stretches inhibit strength? The answer is the more you stretch the more you are going to gain intuition within your body. Which overall creates a mind/muscle connection between your mind and your body. It will always be an effective tool to warm up the muscles while increasing blood flow to those areas. The more blood flow you have in your muscles increases confidence due to less discomfort.

Imagine getting directly under a barbell and squatting your max without doing any exercises or static stretches prior to it. It sounds discomforting right? Well my theory is that it is exactly how your body feels and not all people could handle the discomfort. Some better than others, but stretching will increase your pain tolerance. That is because each time you stretch you are increasing the range of motion in that area, so your initial range opposed to constant sitting without any form of alleviation in that muscle group could possibly handle the stressors of that intensity. I will suggest to do static stretches after your dynamic stretches to increase the blood flow in that area before lengthening the muscle tissue, but either or will enhance your performance better than no warm-up at all!
